I am delighted to provide an interview with Ben Quinn on entrepreneurship. Ben has been a huge supporter of Higher Rock Education. He serves on our Board and has edited most of our lessons. Ben is the owner of FarmBlue and consults with entrepreneurs. He has seen it all! Ben and I discuss ways entrepreneurship has grown since the Great Recession and how managing your own company requires different skills from managing a large company as an employee. We also address the challenge some successful entrepreneurs have in letting go after building a successful company.
